Nance Interviews Schwarz at the Vancouver Arts & Music Festival

All Classical Radio is proud to be a returning sponsor of the Vancouver Arts & Music Festival, a free, family-friendly event happening August 2 – 4, 2024 at Esther Short Park and in downtown Vancouver, WA.

With a robust schedule of events and exhibits including dance ensembles, collaborative community art projects, chamber groups, youth activities, and more, the festival will feature three star-studded concerts with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, soloists Zuill Bailey and Olga Kern, and Maestros Salvador Brotons and Gerard Schwarz.

The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra closes the festival with A Tribute to Bernstein on Sunday, August 4, 2024, at 3:00 PM, and during intermission, All Classical Radio’s President & CEO Suzanne Nance will interview conductor Gerard Schwarz. Audiences will take a behind the scenes look at Maestro Schwarz’s approach to conducting Bernstein, informed by his close personal relationship with the legendary composer and conductor.
