In this episode of On Deck with Young Musicians, we meet 17-year-old cellist Daniel Scoggins.
The big two passions in Daniel’s life have been music and soccer. Daniel was the principal cellist with the Metropolitan Youth Symphony last year, and has recently made the decision to give up soccer in order to spend his senior year focusing on his cello.
Listen in as we chat about practicing, his internship in Copenhagen, and how hard it is to get a driver’s license.
