On Deck at Northwest Band Camps

This week we head to the Oregon Coast to visit Northwest Band Camps.
Founded 45 years ago, the mission of this summer program is to keep kids playing their instruments through middle, high school, college and beyond.
Northwest Band Camps offers two week-long sessions each summer. The camp is designed for kids entering 7th through 11th grades, and who have been playing their instrument for at least a year.
In this episode of On Deck, we’ll talk with directors, faculty and campers about the unique experience that is Northwest Band Camps.
