Our announcers are available as schedules allow for presentations on agreed upon topics, emceeing, and concert conversation moderation (before, after, or during the intermission) at the following rates for non-profit organizations.
Standard Rates:
- Annual Budget of more than $1 million: $105 per hour
- Annual Budget of $250K – $1 million: $85 per hour
- Annual Budget of less than $250K: $55 per hour
Arts Partner Discount Rates:
- Annual Budget of more than $1 million: $85 per hour
- Annual Budget of $250K – $1 million: $65 per hour
- Annual Budget of less than $250K: $45 per hour
Rates for other types of organizations are negotiated on a case by case basis.
Occasionally, our hosts are willing to donate their services for appearances with organizations that cannot afford our minimum rate of $45/hour. However, this is considered on a case by case basis and is by no means guaranteed.
Fees for narration services and/or theatrical performances are negotiated on a case by case basis.
Time billed includes the entire length of attendance that is required by the presenting organization (including any rehearsals and concert attendance), and any additional preparation, and is rounded up to the nearest half hour.
We bill any travel beyond the Portland metro area at $1 per mile to cover time and expenses.
