On Deck with Carlyle Cooney

Carlyle Cooney is a 15-year old mezzo-soprano who has been featured “On Deck” before, but a lot has changed in her life. She is no longer addressed by her nickname (“Carly”) and is no longer living in Portland. Carlyle is now living on the east coast and is enrolled in the pre-college program at Juilliard. She is the last in our series of profiles on the nine winners of this year’s MetroArts Young Artist competition. All Classical Portland will be broadcasting that concert live from Lincoln Hall on April 1st.
