On Deck with Daniel Rodricks

The 2nd in our series of profiles of this year’s MetroArts winners features 18-year old pianist Daniel Rodricks. Daniel will be performing Gershwin’s “Rhapsody in Blue” at the April 7th Young Artist Concert.
Though he is a wildly talented and tremendously dedicated pianist, Daniel will not be pursuing a career in music. Rather, he wants to become a physician and is currently interested in investigating the link between music and memory.
