Johnathan Mansfield
Board Chair

John Mansfield is a shareholder in the Intellectual Property group at the law firm Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt. A native Oregonian, John holds a degree in music theory from the University of Oregon, as well as an MS from Portland State and a JD from Cornell. Though John has "retired" from regular public performances, many Portlanders have seen and heard his work conducting, music directing and playing keyboards for musical theatre in the late 1980s. Among other things, John music directed and appeared in the Portland premiere production of "Pump Boys and Dinettes," and recently played keyboards backing Wade McCollum in the "Rocky Horror Show" at Triangle Productions. John is also active in the Portland City Club and a number of other non-profit and civic organizations.

A broadcaster and radio station manager during his college years, John holds a BA in Business Administration and an MS in Civil Engineering.
Robert Ridgley
Board Vice Chair

Bob Ridgley is good at finding and solving problems in partnership with the people involved. Whether he acquired the skill in 23 years as a partner at Stoel Rives or in the following 13 as President & CEO of NW Natural, he has an uncanny ability for separating the wheat from the chaff and driving to the heart of a problem. He’s a catalyst for partnerships between government and private enterprise and a great person to have on your team.
Bob and his wife, Marilyn split their time between Camas, Washington, and Santa Fe, New Mexico, where they are active in the arts community. Bob is also a history buff with a passion for learning about the places he visits and the people who came to those areas before us. He’s a strong family man and delights in his children and grandchildren.
Bob spent three decades in community service to Oregon prior to his retirement from NW Natural.
Directors
Faith Ackerman
Director

Native Oregonians, my husband and I own and operate two small pear orchards here in the Hood River Valley. We have four children and four grandchildren to love and cherish. I am a retired R.N. and recently completed 20 years on the board of directors of The Mid- Columbia Health Foundation in The Dalles. Classical music has been my mainstay since childhood. I have been an organist forever and play second violin in our community orchestra, a passion for the last 30 years. I helped found a nonprofit organization to support it and currently serve as its executive director. I am honored to join the board of directors of All Classical 89.9 and promise to do my best to champion its cause!

DID YOU KNOW?

The Stations of All Classical FM
Many of you have picked up that we have stopped identifying ourselves as KBPS or 89 point nine in favor of All Classical.

We are consciously making that change as we are now a regional arts organization with four radio stations around Oregon and SW Washington.

Today we are KBPS 89.9 Portland, KQHR 90.1, KQAC 88.1 Gleneden Beach and now KQDL 88.1 The Dalles. (The last station is not built as yet; however, we continue to be on the air in The Dalles 96.3.)

If you have not viewed our new video, click below. Also, please note that we have three new photos on our home page that show the Columbia Gorge, the beach and Portland.
